Happy Sunday chi everyone! I am going back into the garden to practice The Sun Style 73 form and then a good qigong. Even when you train in the rain Tai Chi improves your brain :) The monkey mind is great and creating excuses not practice your Tai Chi. Once the positive side of the ego mind buys into the benefits of doing it its easier to defeat the monkey on the shoulder that holds you back from improving your health.
