Wij ervaren onszelf, onze gedachten en gevoelens als individueels (gescheiden van de rest). Een soort optisch verlangens en alleen genegenheid voelend voor die paar weinige personen die het dichtst bij ons staan.
Ons streven moet erop gericht zijn ons uit deze gevangenis te bevrijden door onze straal van medeleven (naastenliefde) uit te breiden naar al wat leeft en de hele schepping in al haar schoonheid te omhelzen…
Als de mensheid wil overleven, zullen we een geheel nieuwe denkwijze moeten ontwikkelen.
